As we look toward a brighter future, we’re excited to invite you to our 2026 Energy Ball: Blue Horizons: The Future is Renewable. 

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the people, partnerships, and progress shaping Florida’s clean energy future. Together, we will explore where clean energy meets coastal resilience while supporting ReThink Energy Florida’s mission to build a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

Experience the Magic of Energy Ball

We are thrilled to welcome back Revival as this year’s Energy Ball band! Get your dancing shoes ready because they know how to keep the celebration going all night — you won’t want to miss it!

In addition to live music, the evening will feature many returning favorites, including the Green Outfit Contest, wine toss, silent auction, delicious buffet, and more. Whether you’re reconnecting with old friends or making new connections, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The Energy Ball is one of our favorite events of the year because it brings together people from across Florida who are passionate about building a cleaner, more resilient future. It’s an evening to celebrate ReThink Energy Florida’s accomplishments, recognize the collective impact of our partners and supporters, and reflect on statewide progress of the broader energy and environmental movement.

All proceeds from the Ball directly support our programs, including reducing energy burden in low- to moderate-income communities, engaging youth through hands-on STEM education, and advocating for effective energy policies from the local to state level.

We can’t wait to sea you at the Energy Ball to celebrate the waves of change we made this year.

Each year, our Energy Innovator Awards honor leaders from across the state who are making a meaningful impact in their communities through leadership, innovation, education, and advocacy.

Nominations are now open for the 2026 Energy Innovator Awards!

We invite you to nominate an outstanding leader, young person, business, or organization that is leading positive change for a sustainable future in their community. Award recipients will be recognized during ReThink Energy Florida’s annual Energy Ball.

Finalists will receive two free Energy Ball tickets. Nominees can be from anywhere in Florida and do not need to be present to win. 

Submit your nomination by September 4, 2026.

Help Bring Blue Horizons to Life:
Sponsorship and Silent Auction Donation Opportunities

We’re seeking sponsors and silent auction donors to help make the 2026 Blue Horizons Energy Ball our biggest celebration yet.

Sponsoring the event is a meaningful way to showcase your organization’s commitment to sustainability, environmental education, community engagement, and clean energy innovation. With an anticipated audience of more than 200 attendees, sponsors will gain visibility among community leaders, advocates, and supporters from across Florida.

Event sponsorship and silent auction donations directly supports ReThink Energy Florida’s education, advocacy, and outreach programs, helping us continue building a more sustainable energy future for our state.

Become a 2026 Energy Ball Volunteer

To make this event a success, we need your support! Whether you have volunteered for the Energy Ball before or you are looking for a new way to engage, all experience is welcome and greatly appreciated.

We’re looking for volunteers to support event logistics, decorations, fundraising, silent auction donations, outreach, and more. No matter your experience, every helping hand makes a difference in creating an unforgettable evening.

The next virtual Energy Ball Volunteer Meeting is Monday, August 10th at 5:30pm on Zoom. Join us to learn more about volunteer opportunities, connect with fellow supporters, and help bring Blue Horizons: The Future is Renewable to life.
