Want to get involved through interning? Sign up to discover how you can make a difference for a more energy-independent future. There are two options for internships:
1. Paid Internships are a definitive 10 hours per week, with a regular committed schedule of ~6 of those hours during our regular hours, which are between 10 and 5, Monday through Thursday. We also ask for a 2-semester commitment, pending a positive performance review, from our paid internships. Paid internships are more competitive.
2. Volunteer internships are also 10 hours per week with some hours during the regular working hours, 10-5, Mon-Thurs, but we are able to be somewhat more flexible with those requirements. It is still recommended to commit to at least a semester, and two semesters if possible, to get the most out of the internship. You are able to get school volunteer hour credit, other volunteer hour credit, and internship credit at a school as desired and arranged. It is possible to shift to a paid internship if one is available during the next semester.
In both cases, our team is great and our intern program provides a good opportunity to gain real-life hands-on experience in running parts of an effective organization. After you complete the form below, please email your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short cover letter telling us which you prefer.
