Floridians deserve a say in the environmental decisions affecting them.
Reclaiming Florida’s Future for All (RFF) is an opportunity for concerned citizens of all ages and from all across the state to speak to their legislators and have their opinions heard. We are advocating to protect Florida’s clean water, support renewable energy, and ban fracking!
What to Expect
A Day of Training
The training day equips participants with the knowledge they need to advocate successfully. It typically includes an overview of the specific bills in Congress, tips for a smooth meeting with lawmakers, and tried-and-tested tactics to show support for a cause. The training takes place the day before the actual event.
A Day of Action and Advocacy
Past activities range from climate justice panelists to protests.
Accessibility & Affordability
Organizers of RFF are determined to make the event as accessible and affordable as possible for people needing accommodations or people coming from around the state. We will arrange and pay for transportation for people to come to the capitol. When people cannot, we have arranged for a hybrid event to make sure all may participate.
