The speakers and demonstrations include:
-A cooking demo from The Bark, a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that partners with local farmers to highlight seasonal, fresh produce in the Tallahassee area
-Smarter By Nature, a Florida farmer who is producing food sustainably for their local communities
-Quantum Leap Winery, a Floridian wine producer who incorporates organic and sustainable farming practices into their production processWe will be having the presenters go over how their methods set them aside from conventional mass farming, and how important it is for our planet to be conscious consumers.
