<b>Natalia Brown- </b><span style='font-weight: 400;'>Natalia is a young woman working with local communities in Miami-Dade to amplify their voices. She educates her peers in coalitions and highlights justice issues affecting the most vulnerable. For example, she raises awareness about the dangers of not having A/C in the home, identifying shortcomings of protocols to meet basic needs. Air conditioning is not mandatory in the state of Florida.</span>
<strong>Dr. P Qasimah Boston received the Individual Energy Innovator Award</strong>. Dr. Boston has been advocating for environmental policy change for over 11 years. Being a leader in events such as the Climate March in Washington D.C., serving as a board member for the Moving Forward Network and hosting the Youth Symposium on Food and Hunger annually. We congratulate Dr. Boston on her achievements and continued drive for the movement.
<b>Courtney Schoen- </b><span style='font-weight: 400;'>Courtney is the Tallahassee TAPP (Think about Personal Pollution) Program coordinator. She provides presentations about community water resources and ways to save water. She runs the program educating the public on the importance of conserving water. She promotes rain barrels, rain gardens, and ways to safely discard pet waste. </span>
