After being temporarily postponed last Monday, Senate Proposed Bill (SPB 7064)--a bill not sponsored by any legislator, but drafted on behalf of an entire committee--is RE-APPEARING in front of the Senate Agriculture Committee on Monday, March 11th, at 1:00 PM. The bill contains a flawed definition of fracking and would leave open a loophole to frack using matrix acidizing. Last time we packed the room, we delayed the vote and stopped a bad bill from advancing. Help us defeat this bill again by attending, bringing your friends, and demanding that that committee members amend the bill to include matrix acidizing.
